I’m Saugat Ghimire — a software engineer, fitness coach, and founder of Neverest Fitness.
I graduated from the University of Waterloo and have worked as an engineer at Amazon, Snap, and Meta. I know what it is like to live in demanding environments where your time, energy, and attention are constantly being pulled in different directions.
Through all of that, fitness has been one of the constants in my life.
Not because my schedule was easy. Not because I had endless free time. But because I learned early that training gave me something I could not afford to lose: energy, discipline, confidence, and control over my health.
For me, fitness was never just about looking better. It was about staying capable. Moving well. Building strength. Avoiding pain. Having the conditioning to handle life, work, sports, travel, and everything else I wanted to do.
That perspective is what led me to start Neverest Fitness.
I wanted to help other busy professionals build a body that supports the life they are working so hard to create.
My approach is practical because it has to be. Most people do not need an extreme plan or a complete identity change. They need a system that fits into real life — one that helps them get stronger, move better, improve their health, and stay consistent even when work gets busy.
I believe fitness should make your life bigger, not smaller.
It should help you feel younger, more capable, more confident, and more prepared for the years ahead.
That is the standard I hold for myself, and it is the standard I help my clients build toward.
